The air is so heavy

When there is chaos and disharmony it is felt

As if the emotional headspace of those who surround us

those all connected to us

have merged with our layers

like how watercolor bleeds together on canvas

over the course of time the colors dry

yet once reemerged in the medium

layers can be added

so heavy

so dense

yet appearing so light

so beautifully mingled

naked eye says it is one uniform piece

heart recognizes it is much deeper

intricate weaving layers

weaving waves of energy

a bit like a ripple in a pond

it is easy to see what is directly in front of you

not so easy to acknowledge the connection

not so easy to trust the feeling

not so easy to distinguish what is ours

apart from the whole

because We

are all part of the Whole
